HR and Payroll Officer for a successful e-Commerce business

Our teams located both in NZ and the Philippines, are growing rapidly! This means we now need someone dedicated to help drive our recruitment as well as diligently carry out a variety of HR administrative activities to support our company's growth.

WHAT will you be doing?

Your role will include:
- Processing our fortnightly payroll for over 50 staff
- Recruiting / sourcing staff in both countries including managing the advertising campaigns, as well as screening and filtering applicants

WHAT are we looking for?

- Someone with excellent attention to detail – staff like to receive the correct pay!
- A background in HR and Payroll is a big plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task well
- An understanding of what makes people tick – you’ll need to be able to profile people as part of the selection process
