1. Utilize

1. Create
order presentation.
2. Work with Executive Recruiter to determine titles of candidates to be
attached for job orders.
3. Attach candidates to job orders
4. Work with Executive Recruiter to create proper Greeting and Subject
Line for each job order sendout.
5. Execute
7. Handle Candidate Responses to
opportunities sent to candidates.
8. Update database with interested/not interested candidates.
9. Forward
10. For not interested candidates, handle follow up replies as dictated
by Executive Recruiter.
11. For undeliverable
email
spreadsheet for later research and updating.
C. (Interview Preparation and Scheduling)
1. Send out interview preparation document materials to candidates that are interviewing for respective positions.
2. Schedule first round interviews with appropriate client personnel and candidates. (Allow President 5 days notice before interview date to prepare candidate for interview)
3. Perform reference checks on candidate finalists.
