Your job responsibilities:
We are looking for an all-rounder Rockstar General Manager who will be in-charge of the following:
Get familiar with the company’s daily operations, processes, and services
Handle day to day customer service and inquiries through the company’s centralized chat and voice support system
Provide fast and excellent customer experience from ordering through delivery and even after-sales support
Raise concerns to the management for delayed shipments, customer complaints, and the likes on a daily basis
Build and document standard standard operating procedures and processes for the company
Provide daily update to the management or as required
Manage a team of customer service representatives (in the future)
Other management-tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Your job qualifications:
With a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications / Linguistics / Journalism / Management or equivalent
Has a strong background in customer service
At least 2 years of management experience is preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be willing to do chat and voice customer support
Must be willing to work a shifts between 7AM to 10 PM Toronto time (8PM to 11 AM Manila time)
Self-starter, goal and results-oriented, and hardworking
Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
Must be highly organized and have a keen attention to details
Must have a good internet connection, laptop/desktop, and a headset with noise cancellation at home
Must have a quiet working environment
Experience in Shopify is a huge plus but not a requirement
