JOB OVERVIEW

The selected individual will assist with the marketing efforts of the agency utilizing the various agency processes. He or she must be an excellent communicator, possess great communication skills, exceptional computer skills and good organizing and planning skills. He or she should be an excellent learner with the ability to understand, and execute written and verbal instructions. The person needs to be able to maintain customer confidentiality and should be very honest. Also well versed with Microsoft Excel.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Faxing requested documents as directed by Agency/Principle and staff using RingCentral fax
Manage various agency campaigns using Callfire;daily check for “bounce backs” , "no answers" and notify Agent via email (birthdays, pending cancel, etc)
Manage Agency text messaging program (remove/add clients, schedule messages, appointment reminders)
Add/remove clients to/from agency marketing tools (eztexting, mailchimp and Constant Contact); ability to create email campaigns using mailchimp for various office closings (Christmas, Thanksgiving etc)
Add/remove emergency contacts to/from all agency marketing tools (eztexting, constant contact, mailchimp)
Create targeted business prospect list as instructed by Agency Principle using Microsoft Excel
Research for blogs and posts for social media;
