Editor for Short Video

I am in need of a video editor who can do trailer video (NOT slideshow of just pictures, but MORE EMPHASIS ON VIDEOS, the more video footage the better, 80% videos 20% pics) highlight especially on the part where people walk up to get their prizes.

Video dimensions is Full HD (1920 x 1080)
No Xmas music needed, BEST to USE 2021 Tiktok Songs which are HIGH ENERGY and ATTENTION GRABBING.
Visual effects is highly favorable.
