E-commerce Assistant

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the e-commerce platform (Shopify front-end/back-end) on a day-to-day basis
• Launch new products and perform QA and QC
• Oversee product listings to ensure consistency across multiple sales channels
• Edit product information – product badges, promotional pricing, corrections, latency, etc.
• Organize sales and markdowns in the back-end
• Manage and optimize the presentation of products and content on the website for SEO
• Create “featured” collection pages for our email/SMS marketing
• Install, test, and manage Shopify Apps integrated with our store
• Stay current with the latest e-commerce trends and technology through industry research
Other Duties:
• Management of product images
• Add/change product details to product listings
• Ensure all items are properly tagged in the backend
• Website maintenance: merchandise collections, remove out-of-stock items, create new category pages
• Merchandise styles according to the collection, product type, color/print, inventory, ---------- cational Requirement: Associate or above
Language Requirement: Fluent in English
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
- Ability to utilize Google Docs and/or Microsoft Excel functions and formulas ( ---------- dex-Matching, Conditional Formulas, Time Functions, etc.)
- Eagerness to learn and perform duties accordingly in a consistent manner.
- Attention to detail.
- Organized, punctual, and responsible.
- Problem-solving skills.

Experience:
Shopify: 2 years (Preferred)
Google Sheets: 4 years (Preferred)
Microsoft Excel: 4 years (Preferred)
