This job is full time- required to render 8 hours a day with 1 hour lunch. Shift starts at 7 AM EST till 4 PM EST (nighttime in the Philippines).
The job responsibilities include:
Must have good English skills
Customer service- replying to customer queries; customer service background is a plus
Very minimal phone support
Creating customer orders.
HR tasks and admin works
Responsible for the clerical functions of preparing and executing domestic and international shipping of customer orders and customer product calibration and repair services.
Ensuring that orders and service orders are delivered in a timely manner.
Resolve any issues with the shippers.
Other ad-hoc tasks
You must be an independent worker, have good communication skills, have great common sense and the ability to self learn.
