Customer support agent

Hux is an online marketplace where service providers (contractors) can get booked for house cleaning or handyman jobs in their area. We're looking for a candidate with experience in customer support, specifically email, to assist our ---------- this role, you will be responding to customer and service provider inquiries over email and occasionally over the phone. Prior experience with Zendesk is a big plus, but not required. This will be a full time position during our business hours ( Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm).
