Flying Fox is our Cryptocurrency Gaming start-up. We’re developing a Play to Earn and Learn metaverse game and Endangered Animal NFT series. At Flying Fox, we aim to revolutionise education and conservation using blockchain technology. We believe in a future world in which blockchain and decentralisation are important, and endangered animals are protected. We work in an agile fashion, and are fully remote with flexible working hours. Employees will also be provided planned cryptocurrency in the future.
Job Description
We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated social media manager, to build our community and deliver against our marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
Manage content scheduling on social media platforms - ensure Discord, Twitter, Reddit and Instagram (there could be others also) are regularly updated.
Writing text for the purpose of marketing for social media and website.
Support Growth Lead in deploying marketing strategies through social media posts.
Work with the design team on content creation.
Respond to customer issues, comments and questions in a professional, kind and timely manner. Share actionable feedback with the team.
Oversee the community narrative across all social ---------- et established marketing targets on social media platforms and help to grow the community.
Identify potential market fit opportunities.
Provide regular status updates to the team.
Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information about the community.


Skills
Required:
Understanding of crypto/blockchain terminologies and trends; and a passion for the crypto community.
Experience in social media and/or marketing.
Passion for writing and storytelling.
Ability to work flexibly to interact with the community as much as possible.
Familiarity with online platforms such as Discord, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
Strong written and spoken English.
Great communication skills - with an ability to establish dialogue with a wide range of ---------- nse of humour is a plus, and any experience in meme-making.
Quick to learn and pick up new skills.
Beneficial but not required:
Previous experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
Experience in marketing for NFTs and cryptocurrency.
Any other languages are a plus.
Experience in social media management tools.
