We are a serviced accommodation provider in the UK and are looking for a VA to carry out admin/guest communication tasks for a minimum of 36 hours a week.
The candidate will join a small, supportive team learning about all aspects of the business.
This position is only suitable for someone looking for a long term/permanent position, who will grow along with the company.
Working hours
Sunday – Friday or Monday - Saturday
9 am – 3 pm (UK time)
Key aspects of this role include:
• High technical skills using new technologies such as Asana, Trello,
• Communicate with guests via phone or
• Use ‘tokeet’ to list properties with online travel sites such as
• Available to work 6 hours a day between 9 am – 3 pm UK time, (Sunday – Friday or Monday - Saturday)
• Carry out Data entry and basic bookkeeping using spreadsheets,
• Perform administration tasks such as managing online filing systems within G Suites with high attention to detail
• Use online calendars and scheduling to organise cleaning team calendars
• Work as part of team
• Liase with cleaning and maintenance teams to attend properties
Key skills/requirements
Excellent spoken and written English
Competent with a range of current technologies, like desktop sharing, Zoom, Tokeet, Google docs,
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone and
Manage online filing systems, update records
Relevant hospitality experience would be helpful
What the job offers:
36 hours a week - 6 days per week
After 3 month of working together we offer:
10 days paid holidays a year (commensurate to working hours)
13 month paid bonus (commensurate to part-time working hours)
salary increase to $3.50 per hour
