Inbound Salesperson Needed - Online Spanish Language School

Hi there!

My name is Danny and I run an online Spanish language school based in Los Angeles, California.

We need a bright individual to be our #1 star for incoming calls and sales. Looking for a positive and long-term relationship with a motivated individual.

NO cold calling required – all sales are from incoming leads! People call us to learn Spanish and your role is to lead them into the appropriate program.

Training provided! However, you must be eager to continuously and creatively improve.

ABOUT YOU
• Prior sales experience (extremely helpful)
• PERFECT English spoken & written
• Positive and enthusiastic. CAN DO attitude
• Able to show assertiveness and extreme confidence to prospects and LEAD them
• Comfortable on the phone
• Always eager to improve yourself and try new things
• Able to quickly change & adapt
• Fast typing speed (At least 45 wpm)
• Experience learning a foreign language (Spanish is a bonus. However, all calls are in English!)
• Extremely organized with your calendar, follow-ups etc.
• Extremely reliable (keeps appointments and does what you say you will do 100% of the time)
• Professional work environment with no background noise at any hour
• Able to work flexible hours. The most important thing is connecting with callers when they are available. (During the week, mornings and evenings are most helpful. On the weekends, mornings are extremely helpful).
• Good at receiving feedback
• If you can provide references, that’s also helpful

PAYMENT:
• Hourly payment plus commission bonuses
