JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a well-spoken, friendly, outgoing and quick-thinking cold-calling appointment setter to call on business owners and key decision-makers to identify businesses where revenue growth is a top priority.

After qualifying the prospect, you will offer a free trial of our award-winning customer-driven marketing solution and schedule a 15 minute appointment between the prospect and our company to go over the free trial.

That's it. You are not requiring the prospect to make any commitment other than a meeting to learn about the free ---------- timated Start Date: January 3, 2022

You will be provided:

- Thorough training and support to understand the product and its value
- Lists to call (U.S. businesses from all states)
- Zoho account
- Dedicated VOIP phone number
- Calendly access to book appointments

Responsibilities:

- Follow provided scripts with the freedom to modify/create scripts (with approval to make sure we are accurate in our claims) any way you see fit to be more successful.
- Cold-call businesses and identify influencers/key decision-makers
- Properly qualify them to see if the business is a potential fit
- Leverage CRM (Zoho) to properly follow-up on leads, set reminders/tasks for yourself, etc.
- Book a web meeting with our team and the prospect via Calendly
(Info required to include in note field when booking appointment: Business name, address, Contact's Name and title with phone and email address)
- Properly maintaining Zoho records and disposition status
- Follow up and reschedule no-shows
- Calls must be made within the parameters of the "Work Schedule and Holidays" section below
- Send a daily report through email, detailing completed and ongoing tasks, problems you ran into, and how we can help

Minimum Target:

Average of 2 properly scheduled appointments a day or 10 per week (no-shows do not count, but if properly rescheduled and they do show for their meeting it counts)

Requirements:

- Min 2 years of B2B cold-calling AND appointment setting experience using phone, email and other methods to set up qualified appointments
- Experienced moving leads through a funnel until appointment scheduled with the sales team.
- Experience following up and rescheduling no-shows
- Prior experience selling digital marketing / SEO / reputation management services but not required
- Strong CRM experience required (Zoho preferred, but not required)
- Outgoing, eager to learn and hungry personality
- Exceptional English proficiency and very articulate and personable/confident/positive over the phone
- High speed/reliable internet
- Professional cold calling setup/environment including quality headset and no background noise
- General tech savviness and fast typing skills
- Willingness to work full-time during the hours mentioned above

We work in a fast paced industry. So it’s really important that our appointment setter would be:
- A fast learner
- Pays close attention to detail
- Follow instructions to the letter & have good, regular communication with us, especially when help is needed

Basic skills:

In addition to having excellent English skills, you’ll need to use the applications listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
- Web research using search engines like Google, IE, Bing, etc.
- VoIP phone calls through browser (Ideally familiar with RingCentral)
- Calendly app / appointment setting
- Zoho CRM (or other CRM platforms)

Work Schedule and Holidays:

- This is a full-time position 8hrs per day Mondays to Fridays calling on U.S. businesses during 9am to 4pm local time to the business being called with flexibility to satisfy the 8 hours anywhere within 9am Eastern time to 4pm Pacific time and 1-2 hours later if calling Alaska/Hawaii.
- You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 3 month probation period.
- We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day, and you will also enjoy paid days off for non-working U.S. Holidays

Salary:

3-month probation period:

$40/day for 8hrs of work per day paid weekly plus bonus:
$15 for each completed free demo
$15 for each new active client (we have an 86% close ratio on demos)
- Bonuses are paid at the end of each month

After successful 3-month probation period:

$1,000/month salary (Half paid on the 15th, half paid on the 30th) plus bonus:
$25 for each completed free demo
$25 for each new active client
- Bonuses are paid at the end of each month
- A successful appointment setter should be making $600-1,000 a month in added bonuses and there is no cap on these bonuses
- Annual salary/bonus increase. Will be reviewed and revised annually based on performance and economic changes. Potential to earn much more.

Training provided:

- A formal training will be provided at the start of hire and ongoing training/collaboration as needed. We are very engaged and will be working with you to make sure you are successful.
