VA with customer service and sales experience

We are looking for the best candidates who have customer service and telemarketing experience. They must be available to work during Graveyard shift or US business hours, Monday to Friday (40 hours a week).

Requirements:
1. Must be comfortable working Graveyard shifts!
2. Very fluent in written and verbal English
3. Not currently employed with other companies
4. Fast learner and savvy with computers software
5. Is continuously learning and improving
6. Has strong organizational and communication skills
7. Experience in customer service or liaising with clients
8. Experience in telemarketing/sales/business development


The work will include:
1. Completing our training program
2. Web research and business development
3. Customer service or engaging the customers through different platforms, email/voice/chat
3. Helping with other admin tasks as required

Work schedule: 9am - 5pm Pacific Time (graveyard shift Manila time)
