We are scaling our agencies and looking for a rockstar Account Manager Process Consultant.

Account Management is a key area that we want to improve for our businesses. Most specifically a boutique Media Buying agency. We do AM OK at the ---------- nt but are looking for some expert advice to help us keep improving our AM processes.

I’m looking for an experienced and high level account manager who can help advise and build out account management processes, systems and workflows, for our FB Ads Agency, Scale Driven.

I'm looking for someone with experience who can jump in to add value right away.

The vision for this role is for you to be able to work with our current team to audit, design and help us implement best account management practices, create the systems and workflows that can help our business and clients to skyrocket.

I’m looking for a true A player that can excel at taking care of our clients. We also want someone who is invested and someone who can create strong relationships with the clients and represent us in a professional way.

We are looking for someone who is an amazing communicator, detail-oriented, takes initiative, is experienced, ‘people person’ and invested in continuous learning and growth. This is a consultation role, you are expected to come in, audit our existing accounts and processes, see what we can improve and make incremental improvements super fast.

To succeed, you will have the following skills & competencies:
- Solid experience with Account Management and mapping out diverse processes
- Strong communication skills
- Strategic and growth mindset coupled with entrepreneurship
- Strong organizational skills
- CARES DEEPLY about delivering good work and having an impact both personally and professionally
- Takes initiative to solve problems BEFORE asked
- Experience with agencies is necessary specifically digital marketing is preferred

Your main responsibilities would include:
- Review all our existing account management processes, the cadence we use to communicate with our clients, what and how we communicate
- Discover opportunities for us to improve how we work with and service our clients
- Draft high level and ground level workflows that are seriously improve our processes fast
- Advise and train our team to make best use of the improved systems and processes, showcasing the utility and possible outcome
- Consult with me and my management team on the right way and time to implement these new and improved processes.

Most of our team is in North America, South America and Europe. So you’ll need to be available with communication overlap.

The budget for this role is $15-60/hr.
