a. The 1st one: We are an All-in-one platform for Remote Job Seekers from anywhere.
b. The 2nd one: Has just rebranded to Wow AI with a separate entity which is Wow AI LLC (incorporated in the US). Wow AI provides clients with AI/ML training data solutions. We handle crowdsourcing projects that need hundreds to thousands of freelancers/ agents to work on such as transcription, annotation, recording, etc. These projects are to provide data for training AI/ML.

5. Responsibilities
By joining this position, you will be a key person to lead the 2nd brand - Wow AI. You need to be good at B2B Marketing. We are bringing the Wow AI brand to the outside of the Asian continent to shape it as a global brand, with no limits or borders of any countries/ languages. You will join us to pursue this mission.
Work with the Executive team, collaborate to establish Marketing strategies and execution plans, ensure marketing initiatives, communications, events & campaigns that elevate the Company’s brands.
Spearhead the creation and enhancement of the Company’s digital marketing activities
Ensure the delivery of market research, business intelligence, consumer insight, and reporting required to support the executive team in decision-making
Identify, prioritize, and properly resource key initiatives to increase customer loyalty, satisfaction, and business revenue.
Provide ongoing tracking, measurement, KPIs, and ROI analysis for the team’s marketing initiatives and campaigns to provide clear, actionable insights. Analyze and interpret internal sales data to inform business decisions and make recommendations to the executive leadership team.
And other stuff you will do to maximize the revenue and increase the brand awareness of both Wow AI on a global scale.
6. Requirements
a. Must have
Over five (5+) years in the marketing manager position.
Excellent English in all 4 skills.
Experience in the HR tech industry is a plus.
Experience in working for a startup company.
Solid experience in global marketing.
Knowledge and interest in AI/ML.
Professional in leading a remote team in different time zones.
Strong experience in B2B, B2C, strong in digital marketing, preferably in the technology industry.
A self-motivated and disciplined person who can work remotely

7. Benefit
A competitive income
Work from home allowance: $50 - $100/month for full-time remote employees. Applied after the
Public holidays. Take time off and spend it with your family during your country’s public national/regional/state holidays.
Birthday gift (money).
Annual leave: 12 days/year and to be pro-rata rated for the actual monthly working period for full-time staff. Applied after the probation
Sick leave with pay: maximum 6 days/year, on top of the 12-day annual leave credit, for full-time staff. Applied after the probation.
