We are a team of Social Media Managers for eCom and we are looking for someone to be our part-time Pinterest Growth Manager that can help us drive traffic to our client's websites. Someone who is results-driven and eager to make a big impact with an exciting business. The performance will be measured by creativity, scheduling consistency, and growth in analytics. We preferred someone with one year of experience or more. This will start as part-time & become full-time depending on the quality of work.


Skills & Responsibilities:
1. You must know everything about the new Pinterest algorithms.
2. Provide a clear and thorough strategy.
3. Be able to optimize SEO on Pinterest.
4. Setting up the account for success (Doing audit, set-ups, clean-up)
5. Keyword research, creating boards, claiming a website, and enabling rich pins.
6. Creating original pin designs, writing keyword-rich descriptions. (Must use a mix of standard pins, video pins, and idea pins.)
7. Designing click-worthy images that reflect the branding and target audience of the client's business.
8. Scheduling of content manually or using tailwind.
9. Bonus if you can promote pins and paid ads.
10. Bonus if you can also do Blog Management
11. know how to use Tailwind, Canva, Tailwind Create.
12. Ability to work effectively under deadlines.
13. Highly organized with effective communication.
14. Honest, reliable, detail-oriented with a positive attitude
