Our company’s Human Capital Department is currently looking for a Human Capital Associate (HR Staff) who is a fast learner, organized, has strong communication skills, team player, and most importantly, can give the best HR Services to its customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides accurate timekeeping and payroll services
- Preparing reports for Government Mandated Benefit Deductions
- Filing of 201 Files
- Assisting our Human Capital Supervisor in company events and proposals
QUALIFICATIONS:
-With experience in giving best quality human resources services
-Excellent in both written and communication skills
-Has a strong attention to details and an ability to maintain confidentiality
-Has the ability to engage with the whole team
-Has the ability to adapt with the company’s culture
Career Level:
-Graduate of BS Psychology, BS in Business Administration Major in Human Resources Management or any degree related to Human Resources
-With at least 6 months working experience as Human Resources
