Video Editor for Short Video

I need a video editor who can do trailer video (NOT slideshow of just pictures, but MORE EMPHASIS ON VIDEOS, the more video footage the better) highlight especially on the part where people walk up to get their prizes.

Video dimensions is Full HD (1920 x 1080)
