Video Editor for YouTube - Experienced

I'm looking for a video editor who can take my raw video/audio footage and cut it down to match my written script. My videos average about 6 minutes. The rough cut can be 20 minutes long. The last takes are usually the best ones, so if you follow the script, it's quick work.
