FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE!!!

We are an EdTech Company located in the US and we are looking for an HR and Payroll Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s growth.

We’re looking for someone who can add value, make recommendations, improve processes, and, most importantly, grow with the company.

We are looking for a high-performer, not a simple worker bee and we will offer the Salary Package to match.
This is a part-time position but can quickly evolve into full time.

Must be able to put in your 5 hours between 7 am to noon ET as we are located on the East Coast of the US so we need some who is comfortable working on a graveyard shift.

To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, and be able to act without guidance. You must be someone who understands the importance of discretion as you will be handling a lot of financial information.

Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

Responsibilities:
*Must speak fluent English (MUST)
*Create SOP and processes (IMPORTANT!)
*Have Internet bandwidth to support VOIP phone
*Must be willing to be on camera for Zoom calls throughout the shift
*Must have a neutral background when on camera.
*Must be able to work from a place with no background noise as you will be on the phone with prospects
*Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
*Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
*Organize and maintain the office filing system
*Make recommendations

Requirements:
* Worked experience as an Accounting Assistant, payroll clerk, book keeping associate, etc.
*Someone who understands US Payroll Compliance
*Must be have some knowledge in Quickbooks or other major Accounting softwares
* Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially google sheets
* Outstanding organizational and time management skills
* Familiarity with office gadgets and applications
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Researcher

Expectations for you:
We expect you to work at least 25 hours weekly.
You must have a working computer.
You must meet deadlines 100% of the time.
You must be willing to learn the business.
You must use a time app until I can trust you.
You must download Slack.
You will also be using Asana.
