Real Time Analyst

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and forecast volume and staffing according to operational needs.
Monitor and report daily, hourly, and other required intervals of attendance schedule adherence, ensuring optimum service level is achieved.
Monitor and analyze actual volume trends and capacity, and work closely with operations to improve delivery processes.
Provide required interval reports related to Workforce Management.
Assist with projects and other duties as required or assigned.
