Human Resources Director

We are looking for an HR Director to join our team in a successful US-based company with a popular brand of products sold to Amazon customers in North America and Europe.

Job duties will include but are not be limited to:

- Plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation
- Identify and manage training and development needs for employees
- Implement human resources policies and procedures

Experience Requirements:

- Required to be a university graduate
- Required to have current or previous experience with Amazon
- Required to have experience in HR management and staff training
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High IQ
- Required to be willing to work at night (US daytime hours).
- Required to have access to a suitable place to work uninterrupted, with reliable electricity and high-speed internet and a fast computer.
