Architect

We are looking for a fun, energetic, and creative person who is a licensed architect. Individual should have experience in and be familiar with writing an investor package and proposal for real estate development projects. The individual will be responsible for running the numbers and completing pro forma financial analysis on prospective development projects to determine if and how profitable the project will be for investors. Individual must have the ability to become familiar with and use Seattle rules, regulations and laws pertaining to zoning and development of apartments, condominiums, and mixed use development projects. Individual must be able to speak, read, and write English.
