URGENT: Looking for Web Designer with InDesign knowledge for an Australian Real Estate Company

We looking for a web developer/designer with InDesign knowledge, with excellent English speaking and written skills, that is familiar with web site design and programming to help update, improve, and create some new websites and RE property collaterals.

If you know how to create explainer videos that would also be helpful.
