Video Editor

I need a video editor for my YouTube videos. I want to push out 52-53 videos in 2022 and I don't really want to spend time editing them. These are videos that range between 5-15 minutes generally and I want them to have the following

1) Relevant B-roll (sourced and added by you)
2) Subtitling of all my videos
3) Required effects where needed
4) Intro and Outro added
5) Design my Cover Image for the video
6) Add relevant music for the videos

I would also want someone who is familiar with posting videos on YouTube and will prefer someone who either has a channel with videos or has done work with YouTubers who have a channel. My youtube channel is ---------- / ---------- I would also like someone who is proactive and gives me suggestions to improve my videos

I see this as a long term role because once you start YouTube, you don't want to stop the process. I appreciate people who are proactive, quick to respond, and can reach out to me via LinkedIn or other ways.
