Current team consists of 3 staff in Melbourne + 2.5 staff in the Philippines
The Role
Ad-hoc administrative and marketing tasks
Updating and maintaining company CRM software (Pipedrive)
Overseeing and assisting in the sales process
Collating and management of tender / quotation process
Skills
Strong command of written and spoken English
Strong customer service skills
Competent typing skills
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
The ability to think independently and assess the desired outcome
