I am seeking a highly motivated, professional and well presented Virtual Assistant (Non-Voice) to work for me in my recruitment business.
The successful candidate will work on the following tasks daily:
- Daily video call to set you up for the day
- Data collection and sorting in Word and Excel
- Headhunting pre-defined lists of candidates from LinkedIn via direct messaging
- Creating job adverts in Canva (using templates)
- Formatting CV's / Resumes into our standard format
- Arranging phone calls / meetings when required
- Other ad-hoc admin tasks when required
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Can-do, positive attitude
- Excellent Excel and Word skills
- Fluent English
- Be self motivated and looking for a full-time role (with no other clients)
- Nice presentable photo of themselves for LinkedIn
The hours / other information:
- Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm Philippines time. 1-2 hours break for lunch.
