PA for Ecommerce CEO

I started my company in Australia nearly 10 years ago by myself in my bedroom, not long after that I hired my first assistant in the Philippines who is still working for me to this day. I have also hired another 10+ tea ---------- mbers since then who have helped me grow my business and separate the key roles of sales, support, admin, accounts and more.

More staff has only made my day to day work longer and more tiring as I have to wear many different hats in the business. I'm the CEO, CTO, COO, CFO the HR manager, marketing manager and chief growth specialist... In other words, I'm the chief everything officer and I don’t want this to continue in 2022. I currently work from 9am, often to 8 or 9pm, as I can often only start to get work done after 6pm, after the rest of the team have gone home for the ---------- order to help grow the business and regain my evenings and weekends, I am looking for a VA who can help me with many of my small tasks, to reduce my distractions, allowing me to focus on the tasks which no one else can do. The type of person I imagine will be best suited for this role, needs to be able to handle a wide range of varied and unrelated tasks and should have these traits:


Very high attention to detail
Knowledge of Google Docs & sheets, including formulas & tricks
Experienced researcher
Enjoys writing
Enjoys problem solving
Experienced in eCommerce businesses
Experienced with Shopify platform

Some examples of the tasks:
Sort my emails into junk and relevant, unsubscribe where possible
Research online topics such as government incentive programs, competitors, opportunities etc
Research and write blog posts
Update/Write process manuals for company roles
Help me manage my team by batching issues, getting refunds and other day to day tasks

Please note - Writing will be a huge part of this role. My research and management tasks will typically take up about half the day and the other half will be allocated for writing tasks. Manuals, posts, SEO content and more. Much of this can be done together, I will dictate and explain key points about the topic then let you go and complete the writing task for me to proofread.
