Founded in 2005, RICH SOLAR is the leading supplier of off-grid solar equipment for RV, agriculture, off-grid housing, marine, light industrial and heavy equipment, provides solar panels and other equipment, including solar charge controllers, inverters, batteries and complete do-it-yourself solar kits.

We are seeking for an experienced Virtual Solar Tech that is hardworking and knowledgeable of the industry.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:


• Respond to phone calls for technical questions regarding our primary products (solar panels, controllers, batteries, inverters, generators)
• Closely working with the Graphic team to develop and create instruction manuals for solar kits
• Provides assistance in designing new solar kits using the current components
• Work with upper management in finding new solar products
• Build sustainable relationship with customers
• Develop customer satisfaction goals
• Prepare necessary reports


WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG:


• Proven work experience with Solar and Electricity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be fast learner and has the ability to multitask and be organized
• Must have a high sense of responsibility and accountability
• Must be consistent, dependable and reliable
• Has the ability to meet deadlines and can work under pressure with less supervision
