Founded in 2005, RICH SOLAR is the leading supplier of off-grid solar equipment for RV, agriculture, off-grid housing, marine, light industrial and heavy equipment, provides solar panels and other equipment, including solar charge controllers, inverters, batteries and complete do-it-yourself solar kits.
We are looking for an accommodating and help-line oriented CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER that can handle the needs of a fast-growing company.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Manage the day-to-day operation of customer service team that work in house and in a virtual set-up
• Respond queries on
• Responsible in training new hires
• Provides technical support
• Build sustainable relationship with customers
• Develop customer satisfaction goals
• Prepare necessary reports
WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG:
• Proven work experience in Customer Service
• Experience with electrical/solar industry a HUGE Plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with
• Must be fast learner and has the ability to multitask and be organized
• Must have a high sense of responsibility and accountability
• Must be consistent, dependable and reliable
• Has the ability to meet deadlines and can work under pressure with less supervision
