=== THE GREAT WORK YOU WILL BE DOING ===
• Build SEM, Google ads strategies including:
*Campaign implementation (Google Search, Display, Remarketing and YouTube)
*Keyword optimisation
*Analyse trends, behaviours and results
*Testing and learning with audiences to improve CX and conversion
• Assist with successful landing page layouts and the ability to articulate your requirements
• Conversion tracking and monitor analytics for monthly reporting and make recommendations to improve engagement
• Contribute to other Paid Ads Campaigns i.e. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest
• Carry out segmentation of our CRM database to implement remarketing strategies
• Deliver regular updates to marketing team including campaign and media industry insights
• Collaborating with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers across the marketing department

=== SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ===
• Excellent written English skills (ONLY apply if you have excellent English skills. You will be thoroughly tested throughout the interview process because we are looking for the right match)
• Minimum 4 years experience in a SEM/PPC role, preferably working from home
• Great technical ability and can learn new programs and apps
• Loves to learn and grow
• High attention to detail
• Self-motivated "can do" attitude
• Copywriting experience is a bonus
• Sales experience a bonus
• Monitoring the marketing and reporting on industry trends, hot topics etc.
• Google Ads Certification or the ability to acquire is a bonus
• A proven record of successful PPC advertising campaigns
• An interest in personal development or business education a bonus
