We need a superstar Virtual Assistant to support our founder, Internet entrepreneur Bonnie. This is a unique opportunity to partner with an incredible executive who works with the best of the BEST in the industry (direct advisors include 8-figure Internet entrepreneurs who have sold more than $500 million online, the marketing genius behind “The Blair Witch Project,” and a major consultant to Apple), and she takes a mentoring approach to working with her team.

We are growing at an INSANE rate and need a rock star Virtual Assistant to support us as we expand into new, exciting territory. The ideal candidate


is most importantly a highly technical person (probably very nerdy but with high emotional intelligence) who works well independently and can teach him or herself many new programs and software with ease
is an insanely smart overachiever who is most likely is a recent college grad
has worked in highly technical fields, is a true problem solver, and doesn’t freak out if he/she runs into something he/she doesn’t immediately understand (The core component of this job lies in your problem-solving abilities.)
has a keen eye for design
has the ability to wear multiple hats and is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities
has excellent writing skills and is comfortable developing copy for a number of different mediums, including e-mails, blog and social-media posts, and ad copy

works well independently and NEVER misses a deadline

Bonus points if you have experience with

working in a largely 1-on-1 work environment with your boss
WordPress development or HTML, CSS, and other programming languages
Setting up e-mail platforms (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, AWeber)
Web hosting (GoDaddy, BlueHost), webinars (GoToWebinar)
Google Apps suite
Photoshop (or equivalent photo editor)
Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads or retargeting
Split Testing (Optimizely and/or Visual Website Optimizer)
Managing a business and know how to effectively communicate with workers to get the best results
Managing social-media accounts professionally (Tweetdeck, Hootsuite, etc)

Pay: $4 - $10 per hour DOE
Location: This is a virtual, contract position. You will need to have your own computer with a webcam, high-speed Internet and a reliable phone.
Hours: 10 – 15 hours per week with the option to move to full time within a few months

All candidates who are being seriously considered for the role will be required to complete three sample projects for which you will be *paid*, to assess if you are a mutually-beneficial fit with the company. References are also required prior to a final offer.
