Hello,
I'm looking for a great PA to plan my weekends and buy gifts for family and friends.
The job will be fun and rewarding every day, for the right PA.
The main task is to plan my weekends - you will have a weekly budget to organize something every weekend, choosing from a list of activities that I like.
You'll also need to get the best prices by planning in advance and by creating the best combination of activities, travel, food and accommodation. That will require calling the venues, looking online for discounts, and leveraging memberships and subscriptions in a clever way.
The secondary task is to buy occasional gifts for family and friends. The gifts will be small in value, but they will need to be very thoughtful. I'll tell you about each gift recipient, plus you may do some research on social media to learn more about them. Then you'll look for 2 or 3 options of gifts, and once I choose one, you'll prepare a written note and buy the gift. You'll also notify me once the gift has been delivered.
I have done all of the above myself before, so if you don't have experience in these tasks but you really like this job description and you believe you could do well, I'm happy to provide all the training you need.
However, you must have these 3 skills:

I'm looking for your commitment over the long term. The job is part-time (20 hours per week) because you only have 2 tasks (plan weekends and buy gifts). But the upsides of this job are that I'm looking for a long-term relationship, your hours are flexible, and your pay is negotiable.
