High Volume Handwritten Letters

I provide handwritten letters for my clients. I need writers who can write legible printed English notes for multiple hours every day. I need one writer for each one of my clients because they do not want their documents written by more than 1 person.

I am particularly interested in finding someone who can help me organize a group of 3 to 5 people to do this job. I would need you to manage them day today to make sure that the letters are written at the volume we need and without any errors. I would need daily communication to me with pictures of the letters and updates on the volume and assurances that no errors are being made.

Every one of our clients has a high amount of letters they need written by hand each week. This job requires 35 to 40 hours a week of full time writing letters by hand.

There is a minimum number of letters each week that you have to be able to write. Since I am not local I need people who are self motivated and will get the work done without directly being managed or supervised.

I am trying to establish long-term work relationships. My current contracts with these clients last until April 2022. I am trying to extend them through the whole year.

I would like to find a group of 3 to 5 people who can all work on this together and help each other stay motivated to hit the daily number of letters. I also need help handling the logistics of getting all of the letters together to be mailed to me here in the states every week.

Ideal candidates:
- Good communicator. Ask for help if you need ---------- nd me updates without being asked.
- You must have the required availability of 30 to 40 hours per week for the next 4 months minimum.
- You have to be able to handwrite notes for hours at a time.
- Please write if you are willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement and protect clients private information.
