VA with social media experience needed asap

We are a small, fun, low stress web development company based in Florida, USA, seeking to immediately hire a Full-time Web designer, work from home. We currently have full-time Filipino web developers working for us now, and are looking to add another great person to our development family.

Job Summary:
As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media & Content strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. Responsibilities include developing and implementing social media programs for all audiences, managing daily operations and initiatives including editorial calendars, content development (images, posts, videos), writing or sourcing dynamic and compelling content.

Qualifications:
•At least 2 years of digital marketing experience specializing in social media, managing paid and organic social media campaigns on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc...
• Experience with and strong knowledge of email marketing, social media tools.
• Extensive experience writing and creating social content including posts, blogs, articles, infographics, polls/surveys, testimonials, livestreams and videos.
• Strongly proficient with SEO, social media management software and social listening tools, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
