SUBJECT: Experienced Virtual Assistant Wanted

We are in need of a skilled Virtual Assistant who is driven, autonomous, resourceful,
hard-working, and lightning-fast.

Preferably some healthcare background, pregnancy-related is even better!

Our current VA’s love us, and we love them.

We’re looking to add a talented, sincere, committed person to the team ASAP. You must be computer-literate, tech-savvy, social media savvy, and able to think outside the box.

We work hard and move fast. We implement strict deadlines to get stuff done, without procrastination. You’ll get plenty of work, as long as you’re willing to go ALL IN. 100%.

Job description:
You’ll be in charge of fulfillment (all customer-facing activities following purchases) for all courses and shops.

Responsibilities:

Your role includes maintaining a clean inbox for our customer support email account, responding to customers with templated responses, online course fulfillment, creating landing pages, managing email campaigns, setting up automation, and creating and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) in ---------- .

Basically, you’re an integral part of the team, and your role is fundamental to continuing the growth of our businesses.

Our Tech Stack:
You need to be able to work autonomously without being checked-up on. I am looking for a leader.
Ideally you’ll have working knowledge of a few products in our tech stack. If not, you MUST be willing to learn fast. You need to be able to use our complete tech stack proficiently within your first three weeks of working with us. If you are not familiar you will need to watch all tutorials.

This is a fully remote role.



You must be able to overlap at least 3 hours during the USA CST time zone working hours: 9 am - 4:30 pm CST.
