Leasing Agent

Looking for a full time residential leasing agent to help a co-living business with the following:
- creating and posting rental ad listing
- responding to prospective renters
- qualifying prospective renters
- creating and executing leases

Must Have’s:
- reliable PC and internet connection
- able to work US business hours (10am to 6pm Mountain Standard Time)
- one year of experience in leasing, customer service, or calling, etc
- good time management skills and follow-up skills

Nice to Have:
- experience with leasing or real estate industry
- educational background in business, marketing, accounting, or real estate
