Inside Sales Associate

We are looking for an Inside Sales associate to cold call, email, and message new customers to find wholesale account leads for our jewelry brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Identifying retail stores that fit within Stella Valle's wholesale customer criteria
- Calling, emailing, messaging perspective customers
- Providing the appropriate brand, product, and sales information to perspective customers
- Adding perspective customers to CRM System, keeping CRM system up-to-date with follow up communications
- Coordinating with team members to ensure interested customers are followed up with

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to use Google, Facebook, Instagram, and competitor analysis to identify stores that fit with Stella Valle brand
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing well with American-English speaking customers
- Must be enthusiastic about to cold calling, emailing, and messaging customers
- Must have some previous sales experience
- Must have reliable internet service and a phone

This position will begin on a part-time (P/T) basis, but we anticipate transitioning it to a full time (F/T) schedule quickly, once you demonstrate proficiency in the first few weeks to months.
