Jr. Lead Specialist

LUSH Property Solutions, is already an established company. I have 3 other VA's working full time with me. I have a Senior Acquisition Lead Specialist, who you would be shadowing during your time of training for at least 1-2 weeks. We provide you an email, a Podio login, a ---------- one dialer with a US number to dial out with, a script, and all the tools you need to also run comparables on the leads we provide. We communicate with all of the VA's using group me (if you don't have one of theses, that's okay we will provide that.)

A cold caller/texter is already doing the first contact with the seller, so you are already dealing with warm leads in our Podio system.

Your job is to call those warm leads, fish out the sellers who want to sell, and ask them a series of questions using your script that we provide, and then using tools we provide to see if what the seller's price they are asking makes sense, and if it does - sending me the information via email so I can double check it.

Whatever property we end up closing, you would get 2% of that commission, this can be anywhere from $500-$50,000 depending on how good the lead is.

Again, you will be shadowing our lead acquisition lead specialist for 2 weeks, so don't think you will have to do all of this on your own.

LUSH Property Solutions is well established, not going anywhere, and plenty of room to move up depending on work ethic and drive.
