Objective:
Our Digital Marketing Manager will Increase Reach/Exposure that will eventually convert to sales, leads, sign-ups, phone calls, appointments, and inquiry email.

Our Digital Marketing Manager is someone who can create high converting, high ROAS. With expertise in Creating, Launching, Testing, Scaling, and Optimizing Campaigns using Business Ads Manager in different social media advertising platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google AdWords (Search, Display, Shopping, Video), YouTube, Twitter, etc.

Our Digital Marketing Manager will use Different Campaign Objectives (Conversion, Lead Generation, Traffic, Messages, Videos, and Engagement
-Overall Campaign Set-Up (Preparing & Creating Ad Creatives - Images & Videos, Ad Copy, Targeting, Keywords, Page, LP)

Hours:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to start out with P/T hours for the project to see if we are the right fit. We are results driven and looking to grow and expand. If your skills can help us do that, we want you to grow with us!
20 hours a week to start. Hours, Salary and Ad spend will increase based upon performance.

Pay:
$4.00 per hour base + plus commission
Base pay + commission bonus structure for sales generated as a result of your campaigns.

Required Work Experience:
Digital Marketing Ads Manager, Social Media Marketing Manager
Real Estate--Mortgage—Credit Marketing Background is a plus
