We at IAA are primarily registered as a provider of immigration and visa solutions for people and employers. Helping employers migrate skilled workers that are in demand and to assist individuals and their family or partners come to Australia. In addition, IAA has a partnership with Auxilium which is a professional services provider. It manages clients administration, payroll and their websites/marketing. You would therefore be involved with a variety of projects that will allow you to develop your skills further.


• We need someone that can keep abreast of the ever changing world of e-marketing, web management/optimisation etc.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

• You will be 100% responsible for securing the website from hackers and keeping the site up to date (themes, plugins, etc)
• Format Sales Pages and other web content pages using Leadpages and plugins in wordpress
• Make sure the membership site works properly by having the security level of each locked content intact.
• Build and improve websites using Wordpress
• A/B Split test landing pages and monitor analytics.
• Basic Web Development Skills ( HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP)
• Wordpress /Troubleshooting
• Site builder / Landing Page
• Plugins / CPanel / Hosting
• Research / System Upgrade & Maintenance
• Optimizing pages for speed and, compressing images, minify js and css.
• Traffic Savvy
• Amazon, Ebay Savvy
• Audio/Video Editing and upload to youtube / Vimeo
• Compressing video to the smallest possible file size without sacrificing quality.
• Do customer support related tasks in technical / troubleshooting aspect.
• Do online research

ABOUT COMPENSATION:

• Will pay weekly for the first month. Then bi-monthly on the second month.
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We give pay increases based on performance
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
