Bilingual ES-EN VA

We're currently looking for a Bilingual (Spanish & English) VA. This is for a permanent remote position; direct full-time offshore employment for a company based in Madrid, Spain. We are a partner reseller of Odoo and FACTS SIS to educational institutions.

The role is focused on:
-First line of functional chat and email support for FACTS SIS and Odoo.
-Preparation of manuals in Spanish and English.
-Update the list of products and prices on the website.
-Sales tracking.
-Preparation of budgets and proposals.
-Collaboration in project monitoring.

Skills/Experiences needed:
-Can write & speak in both Spanish and English
-Article/document writing (user manual)
-Sales background
-Self-innovative, and proactive in asking relevant questions to the team whenever necessary
