What you will do
As a product advisor with Seller Candy you will be showing prospective clients our systems and advising them which best fits their needs. You will be the face of the company and should convey our company values and willingness to help and support at all times. While also:
- Expertly demonstrating the Seller Candy advantage and product to clients
- Showing agency level competency and the ability to answer technical Amazon questions
- Initiative and determination to find answers you don’t know and come back to prospective clients in the future
- Showing compassion for their problems and a willingness to go above and beyond to support them
- Answering all questions and then ask if they are willing to try our service
- Take payment and onboard clients
- Own the client relationship and follow up diligently through our CRM (HubSpot) until they join
- Work collaboratively with the lead gen and appointment setting team
What you need
- A heart felt, emotional connection to customer happiness
- Extreme self motivation and problem solving skills
- A natural aversion to letting problems be left unsolved
- Attention to detail and with prompt reporting adherence to deadlines
- More than 1 year working in eCommerce or technology industries
- High level of English especially for reading
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong computer skills to problem solve via the internet and communicate
- Previous experience with Amazon is required
- Previous experience in business development, marketing, or sales is desirable
- To be growth motivated in both yourself and Seller Candy
- Extreme determination and integrity to handle the no’s and find the yes’s
