Sales Agency/ Call Center

We are looking to hire a Call Center/ Agency with 3 full-time Sales Agents/Telemarketers to start (with potential to increase as the business grows). Our company is a supplier of PPE and hygiene products, workwear, print/signage, branded and promotional merchandise in Australia and is currently expanding the business to be a supplier of premium quality products from all sorts of things for smart consumers.

We need a Call Center with high quality phone systems that don't sound muffled or with a lot of background noise. Telemarketers need to have strong English communication and cold calling skills, preferably with very little accent, having at least 1 year of proven telesales experience with a friendly and professional demeanor who can present themselves and the company confidently. We need staff who will be able to process a lot of calls, enter a lot of data and follow our sales process.

We are willing to pay a base salary of $5/hour to start (with 20% for the Agency) plus performance bonus upon reaching target activities/results (with bonus structure for both the Agency and the agents).
