We are looking for a dedicated tea
Sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical, and admin roles.
Building a strong talent pipeline and helping hire and retain skilled employees for our positions.
Screen sourced candidates based on the initial/main criteria of the project.
Coordinate between sourced experts and account managers for additional requirements
Timely submission of candidates based on the timeline indicated by the client.
Responsibilities:
• Write and post job descriptions
• Source potential candidates on designated platforms
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes
• Perform pre-screening to analyze applicants’ abilities
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
• Coordinate with team to forecast department goals and hiring needs
• Craft and send personalized recruiting
• Ensure employee database is secure, accurate and up-to-date using our HR systems
• Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
• Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements As required
