Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain functional web applications and websites, both front end and back end.
- Participate in project planning sessions with the Marketing Team to analyze business requirements and outline the proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with Sr. Graphic Designer to match the intent of visual design.
- Follow processes and procedures from concept to completion.
- Take initiative and ownership of projects to enhance client expectations.
- Be able to work independently while keeping an open and clear communication with tea ---------- mbers and clients.
- Ensuring all files are checked for quality prior to release for review.
- Must carry a professional presence and be open minded when collaborating with clients and tea ---------- mbers.
- Be able to professionally meet with clients and tea ---------- mbers to discuss projects.


Job Requirements
- Experience in web UX/UI development using HTML5, CSS, SCSS,PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, bootstrap, Semantic UI, Accessibility, and other useful plugins.
- A solid understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures.
- Understanding the benefits of SEO and the development skills to support SEO are a plus.
- Strong understanding of how design impacts performance on the end-users systems in desktop and mobile.
- Expertise in cross-browser development and Web usability and interface design knowledge.
- Knowledge on building and using Click Funnels, Kajabi, Kartra, Wordpress
- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Experience with mockup and UI prototyping tools
- Understanding of security practices
- Familiar working with Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and other web Designing Tools.
- Working knowledge with any templating framework.
- Expert knowledge of responsive design development.
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
- 2 - 3 years of professional experience designing for ---------- an agency environment is a plus.
- Must have a flexible schedule to take on projects as needed.

- Display a high-level of critical thinking and a desire to create solutions to problems.
- Experience collaborating with clients, leadership, copy writers, publicist, designers, sales team and other teams.
- Knowledge of working with Adobe CC, websites, funnels, Wordpress, Social Platforms, Facebook Ads, Video, Slack, Salesforce, - Canva, Zoom and 3D/2D animation are a plus.
