Animation Shoot & Edit

I am looking for someone who can take about 400 pages of a PDF file and shoot it frame-by-frame, so it turn it into a 20 second digital video that will run non-stop for that 20 seconds.

In other words, I want to show the audience that there is a lot of content to my product, which consists of data base information that changes every few days in the year in which my customers subscribe.

But I want to have that data base information go by quickly, so the audience has an idea of what the whole data base product looks like, but without being able to pause on every frame.

This should be considered a one-time project and not part-time or full-time employment.


The format for every page is the same, but the CONTENT changes on every page.
