JOB OVERVIEW

E-Commerce Customer Service Responsibilities:

This role focuses primarily on customer interaction, duties will include but are not limited to:
Responding to emails daily from customers involving issues with orders, questions, etc
Interacting with customers using our live chat service
Drafting customer orders and transactions
Updating customer profiles
Small office tasks pertaining to customer experience and merchandising
Other Research and basic office tasks in free time
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback



Requirements
Organized and detail oriented
Experience in task management
Works well with teams
Proficient with Google Drive applications such as Sheets and Docs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in problem solving
1-2 years prior customer service experience specific to e-commerce is preferred
Hours required: 9am-5PM EST


Preference will be given to those with familiarity to software applications utilized like Shopify and Shipstation.
