We are hiring for a part-time virtual assistant to manage one of our client’s Go High Level (GHL) CRM account and with prospecting for new leads.

Client is an Online Financial Education Institute

Required Skillsets:
- Must speak English clearly
- Must write English clearly
- Must have access to internet consistently
- Must be familiar with Prospecting on Social Media and Email
- Must be able to speak clear English on the phone for cold calls
- Proficient with the ins and outs of Go High Level CRM
- Proficient with GHL Workflow Automations
- Proficient with GHL Email Marketing
- Proficient with Email Marketing in General
- Proficient with creating GHL Funnels
- Experience with Zapier
- Experience with Slack


What You’ll Be Doing:

You will be working with your Manager on setting up and managing new Funnels and Workflow Automations in client’s GHL CRM and Zapier.

You will be sending emails to our database for either automatic email campaigns or one-time emails for our database and

You will be communicating via Slack daily sending updates on your latest activity

You will be email prospecting, Instagram and Facebook DMing, and calling people to book interviews on their YouTube Channels, Podcasts

Pay

Pay is bi-weekly on Fridays.

Mandatory 30 Day Probationary period the pay is $3/hr.

After the probationary period pay will increase to $6/hr.
