We are currently seeking an experienced Organic Social Media Manager to add to our growing team. Remote applicants are welcome! Our new social media manager will be expected to hit the ground running and should have previous professional experience managing social media for a brand or brand.

The Manager, Organic Social (Social Media Manager) at Firebelly:

Will report to the Director, Delivery
Will manage various activities for clients to accomplish outstanding results.
Will implement strategy for existing and new clients
Will play a key role in expanding Firebelly’s social platform offerings and extending services beyond where they are today.
This role will support many key areas of the business - primarily - delivery, and secondarily - marketing and business Upgrade to see actual infoanic Social

Understand client’s program objectives and key performance indicators - awareness, reach, engagement (passive and active), website traffic etc.
Work in a highly collaborative team environment including ads and creative services teams
Comfortable with mainstream platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Twitter - as well as Reddit and Snapchat
Create status updates and associated imagery/videos for clients for specific social platforms - specifically for various stages of the customer journey
Extend status updates and associated imagery into monthly content calendars
Publish content based on optimal times
Managing community and interactions - answering questions, addressing complaints, etc.
Providing program performance reports with analytics and insights (weekly and monthly reports)
Reviewing listening social data and writing reports that include insights
Utilize an SMMS (Sprout or equivalent) for publishing, managing interactions, reporting
This role also supports the two other key areas of the business:

Sales

Collaborate with the business development team to develop ideas as needed
Marketing

Serve as member of the Internal Marketing Team
